The Project:
The project aims to foster closer relationships between residents, local businesses, schools, faith groups, community and statutory organisations and youth groups, by getting residents to volunteer to be part of a Community Clean-up team to work in specific areas in their community, and in doing so, offer a framework and platform for future partnership. The project kicked off in Bruce Grove, a ward in Haringey on the 18th -23rd of October 2010 and another was held in Stroud Green from the 13th - 19th of November 2010 in partnership with the Haringey and Islington councils.

Local Partners Needed:
Worked towards having the Project in other Boroughs across London in partnership with Local Councils and other voluntary or community organisations. We provided funding for up to £500, and also be responsible for other logistics like; Leaflets, Posters, Branded T-Shirts and hats, etc.
